Ace Made is my print-on-demand apparel brand. It sells through its own storefront at acemade.store, checkout runs on Stripe, and every product is fulfilled through Printify, so there is no inventory sitting in a garage.
How it runs
- One hard rule: nothing gets listed unless it is actually built and orderable through the fulfillment partner. No mockup-only listings.
- API first. Product listing, syncing and publishing run through the Printify API, so the bots can do routine store work without logging in by hand.
- Stranger checkout tests. The store is checked the way a first-time buyer sees it, to make sure every product can really be bought.
- Seasonal drops and content. Seasonal designs like a Halloween line, plus a planned Pinterest content calendar.
My role
I set the direction, approve the designs and own the store. My AI team handles QA, listing checks, content scheduling and daily reporting.
